All payment systems for Joe Wheeler EMC will be down for maintenance from 5 p.m. on Friday until 1 a.m. on Saturday, including online payments, phone payments, and payments through the app. Kiosks won't be available until after 9 a.m. Saturday. Please make arrangements for payments before and after those times.
