Effective August 1, 2023 Joe Wheeler EMC will be implementing a 4.3% rate increase.
Beginning at 1 p.m. July 13, JWEMC members will not be able to make payments over the phone, the kiosks, the website, or the app. You can pay at the window or drive-thru with cash or check if you have your bill with you. Everything will be back online at 8 a.m. July 14.
