FlashFiber Switch and Save Discount Terms of Service

  1. Eligibility: The FlashFiber™ Switch and Save Discount (“Discount”) is available to new customers who are currently Spectrum® or AT&T® Internet customers in good standing. Eligible customers must provide a current bill from Spectrum® or AT&T® to qualify. This offer is available to any customer who switches from Spectrum® or AT&T® to FlashFiber.
  2. Required Documentation: To receive the Discount, eligible customers must submit a copy of their most recent Spectrum® or AT&T® bill. The bill must:
    • Have been issued within the last two months.
    • Show that the service has been active for at least one month.
    • Display a name and address that match the name and address on the new FlashFiber™ account.
    • Be submitted to FlashFiber™ before the scheduled installation date of the new service.
    • Please send a copy of your current Spectrum® or AT&T® bill to Promotions@jwflash.com
  3. Discount Details:
    • New Customers: Eligible new customers will receive a one-time $50 discount on their first FlashFiber bill.
    • Returning Customers: Eligible former customers, who left Flash Fiber in good standing, will receive the $50 discount on their first bill upon return and will also have the reconnection fee of $25 waived.
  4. Restrictions:
    • The Discount is not transferable and is limited to one per household.
    • This Discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers provided by FlashFiber. Any credit resulting from this discount will not be refunded as a cash payment.
  5. General:
    • FlashFiber reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
    • The Discount is subject to change and may be discontinued at the discretion of FlashFiber.
    • Customers must comply with all other FlashFiber terms and conditions related to their account and services.
