Commercial/Non-Residential Fees

New Service Job Cost – Commercial/Industrial – Total Job cost

Commercial Deposit (based on prior usage history) – equal to twice the highest bill

Financing Available for Excellent Credit Customers

  • $501 to $1,000 up to 12 months prime + 5%
  • $1001 to $2,500 up to 24 months prime + 5%
  • $2501 to $5,000 up to 36 months prime + 5%
  • $5000 and above up to 48 months prime + 5%

New construction to Subdivisions and Mobile Home Parks

  • Job Cost = $400 per lot or rental space

Meter Testing

  • Commercial-200 Amp $60
  • Commercial-CT Rated $120

Meter tampering

  • $200 plus estimated power consumed

Meter Locking Device – $50

Late Payment Penalty – 5% of bill

Collection Fee – $25

Reconnection Fee

  • Normal Hours 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – $50
  • After Hours – $100

Returned check fee – $30

  • Trouble Call $50 (if the issue is not with JWEMC equipment or lines)

Relocation of Service – Total Job Cost

Trailer Service Pole Rental – $10

Rental TSP Sale Price

  • 100 amp – Conduit – $65
  • 100 amp – Cable – $130
  • 200 amp – Conduit – $75
  • 200 amp – Cable – $150
  • ($30 credit applied to account when member replaces existing pole)

TV Cable Connection Fee – Job Cost

Analog Meter Reading Fee – $50 per Month

Security Lights

  • Connect existing light – $25
  • Light added to existing pole – $75
  • JWEMC furnishes pole and light – $425
  • Add transformer for light additional – $350
  • 250 watt HPS additional – $160
  • span of duplex for light additional – $150
  • Security Light Pole Rental – $2

On commercial accounts, an appointment must be made with a JWEMC engineer to discuss the design, layout, and scheduling. Individual project requirements will determine the project design.
