JWEMC has upgraded the payment portal for online bill pay. The next time you log in to pay your bill online you will notice a new, fresh look, with more options and better security.
For security reasons, There are a couple of things that will need to be done differently.
First – if you log in using your account number, you will need to make sure to use the entire number, including the separator at the end (the numbers after the dash).
Second – some passwords will need to be reset. If you are unable to log in using your password, please click on the “Forgot password ?” link under the sign-in box. This will allow you to create a new, more secure password.
