What is your name and role with FlashFiber?
My name is Amy Moore and I am a network engineer with FlashFiber.
What is a typical day like for you?
After our technicians finish installing services to our new subscribers I help activate their services. After this is complete, I run speed tests to ensure that the customer is receiving the correct speeds before the technician leaves. I monitor our system and proactively respond to outages.
What did you do before joining the Joe Wheeler team?
Before joining the JWEMC team I was an engineer at AT&T for 14 years.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
Providing internet service to customers like myself who do not have any other options available.
What do you enjoy doing away from work?
Watching my daughter play sports and traveling with my family.
