What is your name and your role with FlashFiber?
My name is Andrew Ragan, and I am the manager of Information Technology for FlashFiber.
What is a typical day like for you?
I monitor the network for any issues that come up and plan for network improvements. Basically, I am responsible for anything that has a light and blinks, from the customer’s home all the way to our core network.
What did you do before joining the Joe Wheeler team?
Before I joined the JWEMC team I was the system administrator at Alcorn County Electric Power Association in Corinth, Mississippi. I helped them set up some of the servers for their fiber-to-the-home network.
