What is your name and role with FlashFiber?
My name is Iva Coan, scheduler of FlashFiber in-home installations. This final step to receive world-class internet is when skilled installers go into our members’ homes and install FlashFiber.
What is a typical day like for you?
I speak with members daily to schedule installations, discuss service packages and to help answer questions regarding FlashFiber.
What did you do before joining the Joe Wheeler team?
Before joining the Joe Wheeler team, I home-schooled our daughter.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
I have the benefit of playing a small roll in a transformative movement to deliver broadband service to our members in rural areas. I enjoy helping people.
What do you enjoy doing away from work?
Aside from work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, crafting, being outdoors and cooking.
